PM Kisan Registration 2024: Apply Online, New Farmer Registration, eKYC

The PM Kisan Registration of 2024  for eligible farmers. It’s a Central Government scheme, to provide income support of Rs. 6000/- to all the small and marginal farmers. The sum will pass to the farmers in three equal installments. Whoever are eligible for the PM Kisan scheme can apply to avail its benefits.

The PM Kisan Registration was extended till 30th September 2022. Farmers who are eligible for this scheme and not registered till now . PM Narendra Modi initiated this scheme with an aim to double the income of farmers. Moreover, the Government has released 20,900 crores for 10.09 farmers during the 10th installment on January 1st, 2022. So far, the total amount provided for this scheme has reached 1.8 lakh crores.

Earlier, PM Kisan Registration was with the help of an agriculture officer, offline. Now, the official website has more options which helps farmers to get themselves online. As per the revised rules, farmers who own 2 hectares of cultivable land are eligible for Rs.6000/-. As a result of this, we can witness the improvement of the economic conditions of farmers through this scheme.

If you want to apply for this scheme, you need to be an eligible farmer. See the below categories of beneficiaries who are not eligible for this scheme.

• Farmers who hold institutional lands such as government farms, farms of sugarcane factories, cooperative farms, lands managed by trusts are not eligible for this scheme
• Farmers who are in constitutional posts are not eligible
• For Example if the farmer is Former and present Ministers/ State Ministers and former/present Members of Lok Sabha / Rajya Sabha/ State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats are not an eligible farmer.
• If the owner of the agricultural land is a government employee, he/she will not get the benefit of the scheme.
• If a farmer receives a pension of Rs 10,000 annually, he/she will not be eligible for the advantages under the scheme.
• The Registered Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, CAs are also not eligible from this scheme.

How to Register for PM Kisan Registration Samman Nidhi Yojana?

To PM Kisan Registration scheme, you have to follow the following procedure carefully. If you have any doubts regarding the registration, you can also call the toll-free number – 155261 / 011-24300606.

Note: Before applying for the PM Kisan, you need to scan your necessary documents, as you need to upload these during the registration process.

• To PM Kisan Registration, you have to visit the official website ‘https://pmkisan.gov.in/’
• Here you will find the New Farmer Registration on the right side of the Homepage, tap on it.
• Now you will go to another page where you need to fill the details such as farmer type
• Choose a rural farmer if you belong to a rural area or choose the option urban area if you belong to an urban area.
• After choosing the above-mentioned option, fill in the asked credentials and tap on the option of Send OTP.
• You will receive an OTP on the mobile number, fill in the OTP and proceed with the registration.
• On the next page you have to fill in more details, fill in these credentials and upload the required documents, and after that recheck the application.

What are the documents that we require for the PM Kisan registration?

For the registration you need the below following documents: –

• Original papers of land
• Applicant’s bank passbook
• Base card
• Voter ID card
• Passport size photo
• Identity card
• Driving license certificate
• Land full details
• Residence Certificate
• Ownership of at least 2 hectares of land is mandatory, etc.

E-KYC is Mandatory to Avail the Benefits of PM Kisan Yojana 

After submitting your application, it is important to link your aadhar card to your PM Kisan account. If you do not you cannot avail the benefits. Linking Aadhaar to your account can be done in a few simple steps.

Follow the below procedure –

• Firstly , the person needs to log into the PM Kisan official website at ‘https://pmkisan.gov.in/’.
• Secondly ,The person has to click on the “e-KYC” option on the homepage.
• Thirdly, A new page opens where you have to enter the number of the Aadhaar card, the Captcha code, and click on Search.
• Fourthly, Then you need to enter the mobile phone number joint to your Aadhaar card.
• After you have entered details, click on ‘Get OTP’.
• Then, Enter the OTP in the specified field.
• Lastly, The person must take into account that the PM Kisan e-KYC is sent successfully.

Farmers have received 10 installments so far

More than 10 crore farmers in the country have received the PM Kisan benefits, as per the information obtained on PM Kisan’s website.

All farmers who have applied for the PM Kisan will receive 11th installment by April 2022. The money will directly transfer to the beneficiary accounts .
